First Point of Contact: Serve as a point of contact for new team members, addressing their concerns, guiding them through challenges, and escalating for support where needed.  Leadership in Presentations: Lead and coordinate career-related presentations, ensuring high engagement and clear delivery of key messages.  Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, event coordination, and basic tracking of engagement metrics.  Technical Support &amp; Digital Facilitation: Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to team members on commonly used technical platforms and resources.
